Opened a year ago at the City Golf Complex, Frankie's New York Buffalo Wings is one of the newest spots in the area that serves huge chicken wings and other comfort food. It is an ideal place for relaxation with good food.
For starters, Frankie's has Onion Rings (Php 100), Nachos (Php 120), and Mashed Potato (Php 40).
Frankie's currently has 11 different flavors for the chicken wings (Php 173 for half dozen, Php 320 for a dozen).
For the undecided, you can try Wings World (Php 320), which is a dozen of wings with three flavors: Garlic Parmesan, Nagoya Tebasaki and Smokey BBQ.
I'm a forever fan of Garlic Parmesan, but Nagoya Tebasaki hit my tastebuds the best.
Other flavors I have tried are Cheesy Bacon and Honey Garlic for the kids-at-heart. Hickory BBQ shouldn't also be ignored.
I also appreciate the blend of the flavors of the Caribbean Jerk, but one should also try Frankie's Classic Buffalo, which you can have mild or spicy.
I have also sampled some of their pasta dishes like the Spaghetti Bolognese (Php 175) and Fettuccine Chicken Stroganoff (Php 175).
The Fettuccine Chicken Stroganoff is a must-try. My friends and I are starstruck by this dish.
Surprisingly, Frankie's also serves delectable desserts. As a cheesecake lover, it is difficult to choose which one was my favorite. We have tried the New York Cheesecake (Php 120), Oreo Cheesecake (Php 120), and Salted Caramel Cheesecake (Php 140).
Aside from pasta and wings, they also have burgers, which I would try in my next visit. I was impressed on how affordable and flavorful their wings are. I'd surely be back for more.
