Started in East Village in Manhattan in December 2012 by Hugh Mangum , the "Barbeque King of New York", Mighty Quinn's offers slow-smoked barbeques from techniques with his roots, Texas and North Carolina, giving a unique 'New York-style' barbeque. The bestseller, the Beef Brisket, takes around 18 to 22 hours of smoking. Hugh Mangum believes that it's all about sourcing the best quality ingredients and cooking it slowly and adding just the right amount of salt and spice makes a really good barbeque.
