Since I have shared my In-N-Out experience , I think writing about Shake Shack would be appropriate since the two burger chains have always been compared with each other. To be honest, I don't understand the comparison. In-N-Out is a regional brand with locations mostly within the west coast, while Shake Shack is an international brand with locations in the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. While In-N-Out is a fast casual restaurant, Shake Shack falls to a more upscale category. Photo by: burgerdays.com My friend and I visited Shake Shake in F Street in Washington, DC for our early dinner. The restaurant was almost full but we were able to get tables right away. I got myself a single Shackburger ($5.55), with Cheese Fries ($3.99). Shackburger is Shake Shack's Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce and Cheese Fries is the famous Crinkle-Cut Fries topped with cheese sauce.
