Here's a new baon idea for you and your family: Top Torikatsu by Bounty Fresh!
Top Torikatsu is made out of 100% chicken breasts coated in breadcrumbs. I was sent packages of these new products, which available in two flavors: Classic and Cheese & Chives.
Preparing Top Torikatsu is so easy! You just need to shallow fry it for 3 minutes to get that crispy and moist katsu. :)
Classic is topped with mayonnaise while Cheese & Chives is topped with creamy cheese and chives sauce. Aside from ulam, it can also be a sandwich filling, just add some lettuce, tomato, and some dressing. :)

I wished it had some wasabi mayo or teriyaki sauce to go with it, so I might create my own sauce next time. My kid siblings love it too!

DeleteThis has been my quick fix whenever I'm hungry but don't want the hassle of long food prepping! :D I like them as is especially the cheese and chives, though an accompanying sauce would be great.
