A few weeks ago, my friends and I went for late dinner at Livestock Restaurant located at Jardin de Zenaida in Quezon City.
Livestock is a Filipino restaurant serving one of the best Crispy Pata in the metro, so we didn't miss that but we tried other hardcore dishes as well.
Let me warn you first that this is not a healthy food review.
We had the Livestock Caesar Salad (Php 250).

It is the traditional Caesar Salad topped with crispy pork belly. We somehow tried to incorporate some veggies to our meal, but we do love our pork.
Because we love our pork, we also ordered the Livestock Crackling Pork Belly (Php 320 for 300g, Php 520 for 500g and Php 945 for 1kg).

Our porking didn't stop there, because we ordered the bestselling dish of the house, the Melts-In-Your-Mouth Crispy Pata (Php 650).

Served with a popsicle stuck in the middle, Livestock's Crispy Pata exceeds all our expectations. The meat is flavorful and really tender, that we only needed our forks to get our share. And yes, it was gone in minutes. :)
I came to Livestock with low expectations, but I was truly impressed with everything we tried, especially the Crispy Pata. The service could be improved as the resto can get really crowded and the prices are reasonable. Yes, this is where you should go for Crispy Pata and nowhere else.
