My weekend brunch was made special by delivery by The Olive Treat, a venture by Marco Olives serving heirloom recipes to be shared with family and friends.
I got to try the Stuffed Iberico Chicken (Php 500) and the Birthday Spaghetti (Php 900/pyrex).

The Stuffed Iberico Chicken is the Spanish style roasted chicken with chorizo rice and cheese. Taking photos of this chicken was pure agony as the aroma is really appetizing. The taste was as impressive as the aroma, the chicken was generously stuffed with chorizo rice, made better with melted cheese on each bite. I would love to have this again.

It is a couple of months more before my birthday but I felt like celebrating early with the Birthday Spaghetti, an extremely creamy version of baked spaghetti, with chunks of beef blended generously. I love that it's creamy yet flavorful. Both kids and adults will definitely love this.
Also available for orders is the Slow Roasted Pork Belly (Php 750/kg, minimum of 2 kgs per order) and the Crispylicious Tapa (Ph 550/half kilo, frozen).
