It's quite a while since Akiba Cafe's Ash Creek branch opened, so I decided to bring my workmates along during my second visit.
Akiba Cafe has become one of my quick stops before I go home. I'm addicted to their Peanut Butter Choco Chiru. :)
While waiting for our rice meals, our group indulged in their drinks.
Cookie Butter Chiru |
We had regular-sized drinks: Kohi Jelly Chiru (Php 140), Creamy Choco Chiru (Php 125), Matcha Chiru (Php 140), Vanilla Twist Chiru (Php 125) and my favorite, Peanut Butter Choco Chiru (Php 140). We also tried their newest flavor, the Cookie Butter Chiru. :)
For rice meals, we had two of their Katsu meals -- Chicken (Php 325) and Pork (Php 335). Some of us even split a Katsu meal since the servings were quite huge.

I really like their Garlic Wasabi dip, which has the right amount of spicy kick, works with any kind of katsu for me.
Not everyone in our group likes sweet desserts, good thing Akiba Cafe has not-so-sweet cakes too (aside from the oh-so-lovely cheesecakes that I love!)
For the not-too-sweet cakes, we had the Kawaiken Puppy Cake (Php 130 per slice), Akiba Tiramisu (Php 120 per slice), Japanese Cheesecake (Php 120 per slice) and Sweet Potato Cake (Php 130 per slice).

It was somehow heartbreaking to slice the Kawaiken Puppy Cake. The whole cake is sooo cute!!!!

For the people with a sweet tooth (like myself), we had Oreo Cheesecake (Php 130 per slice), Green Tea Cheesecake (Php 130 per slice), and Double Choco Mousse (Php 130 per slice).

Amazing drinks, awesome desserts, and excellent service, more than enough reasons to keep on visiting Akiba Cafe. :)
