Charlie's Grind and Grill finally opens a third branch, this time in Makati. :)
Located at the heart of Makati, Charlie's Makati reminds me of the Kapitolyo laid-back vibe, a perfect hang-out place after a tiring day at work.
My friend and I were able to try some of the items on their extensive menu.
Charlie's beef burgers are either Wagyu or Angus. This time we ordered the Wagyu Cheeseburger (Php 230).

Though the most basic burger on the menu, the Wagyu Cheeseburger is astounding, with the patty quite juicy and flavorful that I didn't need any condiment with it.
We also had these side dishes to go with the burger: the Black Truffle Fries (Php 210), Corndogs (Php 145 ala carte), and Sticky Wings (Php 265 for half-dozen, Php 465 for a dozen).

One of the bestselling items in the menu, the Black Truffle Fries are fried tossed in truffle oil and truffle salt and topped with grilled chicken liver. It's not difficult to love these fries, and not so difficult to finish eating it too. The Corndogs are the bite-sized version of franks coated in cornmeal batter, I loved it! The Sticky Wings is their sweet and garlicky version of buffalo wings, served with veggie sticks. As I don't like spicy wings a lot, the flavor suits my taste quite well. My friend and I both loved the Sticky Wings a lot.
Best partnered with a burger is the milkshake, so we had the Coffee Milkshake (Php 185) and the Chocolate Milkshake (Php 185).

Charlie's Milkshake is where dreams are made of. The milkshakes were creamy and thick enough for me to enjoy. You should try this! :)
Charlie's Grind and Grill is reputably one of the best burger places in the metro. The food, especially the burger, was well-executed, the service was excellent and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely go back to have my burger cravings satisfied again.
