Farmacy Soda Fountain & Ice Cream Shoppe

After our healthy lunch at The Wholesome Table, my friends and I walked towards Farmacy to try their desserts. Well, one of my friends thought we were actually going to Watson's to buy meds and only realized that deception when he saw the resto signage. hehe.

Back in the old days, pharmacies or drug stores used to serve soda fountains and ice cream hence the design and name of this newly-opened dessert shop. Bar stools are available inside the resto while tables & chairs are available outside due to limited space.

Located beside Wildflour, its sister restaurant, Farmacy's menu is straightforward with only three items on their lunch menu (available from 12 noon to 6pm).

Handmade ice cream is served in a cup or cone. A single scoop is Php 130, a double scoop is Php 160 and triple scoop is Php 210. We each had a double scoop of different flavors.

My choice of flavors is Gianduja and Cheese, topped with Roasted Almonds (Php 25) and Hot Fudge (Php 25). Gianduja is chocolate with a hint of hazelnut (think Nutella). I love the flavors I have chosen, but I wished the hot fudge was served at least warm for a full effect.

Niki got Matcha Green Tea and Hazelnut while Arnold had Chocolate and Vanilla Bean

Also available are milkshakes, sundaes, homemade sodas, and ice cream floats. Indeed, it has so much to offer that I need to return soon. :)
