Home Cooking 101: Baked Chicken with Orange and Garlic

I have started eating healthy lately - I mean, the healthiest eating habit that I have done in my life. I've been making sure that I eat 2 servings of fruits and 2 servings of veggies a day, substitute Stevia for sugar and lessen eating anything oily. I haven't felt any lighter in my life.

I prepared this dish for baon recently. Not only is it healthy, but quite easy to do as well. :)

Ingredients:

2 pieces skinless chicken breast fillet
1 garlic, crushed
1 orange, sliced
salt
pepper
rosemary
thyme

Instructions:

1. Season the chicken in salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
2. Rub the chicken in crushed garlic.
3. Wrap chicken and sliced oranges in a foil.
4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the oven in medium heat.
5. Serve and enjoy

In case you don't have an oven, you may use an oven toaster or steamer and adjust the cooking time accordingly. Bounty Fresh sells skinless chicken breast fillet, it's the same brand I used for this dish. :)
