Photo Album 11: Little Things

I love cooking. I wish I have more time (and energy) to cook at home. I am more determined to cook anyhow, also to have something to share in my Home Cooking 101 segment. But while I'm still planning the next dish that I'll be sharing here, I'll give an insight on the little things I do at home. :)

my Uber Cheesy Fries

Instead of putting cheese powder, I smother fries with Del Monte Cheese Magic. Love it! :)

Banana Nutella Pan de Sal

I recently had a Banana-Nutella sandwich phase, I was so addicted to it that I wouldn't leave home without it. When I last went to my lola's house in the province, I had my younger cousins try my favorite sandwich by preparing a pan de sal version. :P

Nutella Mug Cake

I've been reading a lot of mug cake recipes lately. Mug cakes are cakes that you can bake using a microwave. I'm still trying to perfect this Nutella Mug Cake, or maybe I'll try other recipes. :)

  2. You seem to like Nutella a lot. I'm still learning how to cook. But lately I just ended up cooking instant pancit cantoon in different ways. Like adding honey, or bacon or corned beef and even different herbs. I know I should stop as it's really not healthy.

    1. Yeah. Maybe you can try using traditional pancit canton instead? :)

    2. I sometimes discharge the fat and seasoning Ate Ile :) What I only use was the noodle (very instant!) and add some onion, sesame oil, green bell pepper and any veggies we have :) I guess that's much better :)

  3. Yum for the bananatella sandwich! <3 I just can't buy nutella cause it is the same price of 16 goya dark chocolates plus a package of heavy cream :), and that's more of a jar of that chocolate spread :P

    1. Goya and Nutella isn't the same. And I don't buy my Nutella in the local grocery. I get it in Subic Duty Free. :)

    2. Of course ate! :) but it really isn't wise on my budget to buy one so I prefer making my inferior version of that choco spread. I am really apologetic too if you got offended :(
