The boyfie and I had dinner in one of Puerto Princesa's popular restaurants, KaLui Restaurant.
It is best that you call in advance to have a table reserved for you if you are planning to eat in KaLui. We are thankful for Charisse of La Tiara Tours for taking care of our reservation.

It is necessary to remove your shoes before entering the dining area in KaLui. There are shoe drawers assigned per table to keep your shoes safe.
We ordered Fresh Fruit Shakes (Php 70 per glass) while waiting for our food.

For appetizers, we had Seafood Kangkong (Php 165) and Shrimps in Garlic Butter (Php 285).

Shrimps in Garlic Butter |
The Seafood Kangkong is generously mixed with shrimps and squid, it is the better alternvative for salad. Though the deshelling was quite challenging, we loved the Shrimps in Garlic Butter.
For mains, I had the Fish Cordon Bleu (Php 245) while the boyfie had the Tuna Steak (Php 245).

Our dishes are served with veggies and rice or camote mash. We loved how fresh the seafood are. The servings are plenty and delicious.
For dessert, we shared a serving of Coco Flan (Php 95).

I love how the coconut milk added creaminess to the flan.
KaLui is also an art gallery, with numerous paintings for sale.
I was so happy to have finally tried KaLui on my second visit to Puerto Princesa. The menu is simple yet the dishes are outstanding.
It is indeed a necessity to visit KaLui when you're in Puerto Princesa.
