Delicious Davao: Lyndon's World's Worst Ribs and Awful Chicken

Note: Lyndon's relocated to  740 Roxas Ave, Poblacion District, Davao City, 8000

I recently went out-of-town for a quick weekend trip with a friend and we went to a beautiful city in the South: Davao City.

We arrived in Davao on a Friday night that after we settled at our dormitory (yes, we stayed at a dormitory, more about this soon), we were ravenous. Good thing one of the foodie places on my must-try list is nearby: Lyndon's World's Worst Ribs and Awful Chicken.

Lyndon's resto name really got me curious. Aside from the Worst Ribs and Awful Chicken, Lyndon's also serves Horrible Spicy Mechado, Rubbish Kaldereta, and other seafood dishes.

Lyndon's Worst Ribs prices start at Php 135 (300 g) to Php 230 (600 g). We ordered the 500-gram Worst Ribs at Php 195. The dish comes with a cup of rice, a side dish, and sauce.

The Worst Ribs was really delicious! The sauce has the right amount of sweetness. The ribs were so tender that we didn't need the knife for it.

We also had Lyla's Awful Chicken (Php 105, petso). The chicken also has a cup of rice, a side dish, and sauce.

We had to wait for around 15 minutes for the chicken, but it was worth the wait. The chicken has the same sweet sauce as the ribs though, but the wait is still worth it.

Lyndon's World's Worst Ribs and Awful Chicken is one of the places you should try whenever you visit Davao. I loved the tender ribs and the chicken! I wish I was able to try their seafood dishes but I was really full. The dishes are very affordable too!

I'd love to try this again when I go back to Davao.
