All-Day Breakfast at Pancake House

Much as I hate to admit, I've only been to Pancake House recently, and it was even unintentional.

My friend and I were looking for a resto where we could eat lunch, but we weren't much in the mood for an adventure and so we settled to what we know and we love best: all-day breakfast! And boy, I was really craving for all-day breakfast for quite a while.

Pancake House always has this orange theme and an old diner feel, think Johnny Rockets without the dancing crew and a more yellowish hue.

I ordered Country Breakfast (Php 214) while my friend got Beef Tapa (Php 227)

Country Breakfast

Country Breakfast has two pieces of toast, three pieces of Country Sausage, hash brown, two eggs and coffee or tea. I didn't expect anything special with my order, but it was something I'd want to eat if I want comfort food. Coffee is a big plus for me too (coffee addict here).

Beef Tapa
One of Pancake House's best sellers, Beef Tapa is marinated pan-fried beef strips served with garlic rice, fried egg, and atchara. The beef is so tender! It was a bit sweet, but I still liked it.

I've read both positive and negative reviews about Pancake House, but for now, they have my two thumbs up. Oh, Richie said that I should try the Pan Chicken, maybe I will soon.
