Since my first visit to Maple, I have always wanted to return but never got the chance until the boyfie and I was searching for a brunch place that he hasn't tried before. I suggested that we dine at Maple.
For drinks, we had a Milkshake (Php 175) and Cafe Latte (Php 120).

For our brunch, I chose to have the Eggs Benedict (Php 315) while the boyfie had the Swiss Chocolate Pancakes (Php 360).

Maple's version of Eggs Benedict has Canadian bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce on top of puff pastry served with fries on the side. I love the runny eggs but I didn't appreciate the puff pastry because I couldn't cut through it.

| Swiss Chocolate Pancakes |
The Swiss Chocolate Pancakes are buttermilk pancakes stuffed with Swiss chocolate and dark chocolate. The boyfie flooded his pancakes with maple syrup and it blends well with the chocolate and buttermilk pancakes. Amazing!
I really love Maple. Though the service could have been better, I will still go back for my favorites, the Prime Rib Tapa and Blueberry and Cream Cheese Pancake Tower.
