Savor Filipino Cuisine, Revisited

Note: This restaurant is already closed.

See my previous post: Savor Filipino Cuisine

My workmates and I make it a point to treat ourselves with a hefty lunch every payday. Our cravings for Filipino food brought me back to Savor Filipino Cuisine, which is a stone's throw away from my workplace.

We wanted some hot broth, so we ordered Pancit Molo (Php 179).

Pancit Molo

There wasn't much meat and wanton on it, but the broth was flavorful. The serving is enough for three people.

One interesting dish we had was the Chicken Fried Adobo (Php 299).

An awesome combination of fried chicken and adobo. The batter was thick but very crispy, which I liked. The adobo sauce must be too good that my workmate didn't share it with me. haha.

My ultimate favorite dish in Savor is the Savor Kare-Kare (Php 429).

It was generously served with veggies, beef, and topped with crushed peanuts. The sauce was thick enough for me, and the bagoong on the side blends well too. Never miss this dish when visiting Savor.

This particular branch also serves Filipino meryenda such as Pancit Bam-i, Dinuguan, Batchoy for as low as Php 69.

I love how reasonable the prices of the dishes in Savor are. Most of the dishes are good for sharing, and the service is quite excellent. I couldn't wait to eat that Kare-Kare once again.
