Whenever I go to Marikina, there's always an interesting new place to try, like El Heneral Wings and Ribs, which I got to try last weekend.
Opened two months ago, the concept of El Heneral Wings and Ribs started during a drinking session among friends, who incidentally are of ex-military parents. Hence, this military-inspired resto was born. :)
We started our meal with El Dinamita (Php 120) and Private Pesto (Php 130).
Good for 1-2 persons, the El Dinamita has the right amount of heat, which I liked. The Private Pesto was also likable but could be better.
We got to try all flavors for the wings. The flavors are Alpha Soy Glazed (with Honey Mustard), Bravo Garlic Lime Parmesan (with Garlic Aioli Dip), Charlie Buffalo (with Blue Cheese Dip) and Delta Hickory Barbeque (with Honey Mustard Dip). All wings are Php 140 for 6 pcs and Php 225 for 10 pcs.

I loved all the flavors but my particular favorites are the Alpha Soy Glazed and the Bravo Garlic Lime Parmesan. You'll love it even without the sauce, I swear!
We didn't miss out on the ribs and we had the Heneral Baked and Barbeque Ribs (Php 280) and Colonel Honey Glazed Ribs (Php 270), both served with rice.

The Heneral is an amazing combination of sweet and sour marinade, juicy and quite tender while the Colonel is a more on the sweet side. Both servings are huge and impressive. I suggest that you try both ribs and find out which you like more.
With a straightforward menu and a laid-back ambiance, El Heneral Wings and Ribs is one place that you should visit for its delicious and affordable wings and ribs. You'll definitely love to hang out here with family and friends. I would love to go back and have their wings and ribs again soon!
Thanks to El Heneral Wings and Ribs for having us.
