Foot Zone Day Spa in Greenhills

Something quite challenging has happened to me lately. A minor infection on my right thigh has caused me to undergo a procedure. As a result, walking and sitting became quite a challenge for the past few days.

It was very timely to treat myself to a foot massage by Foot Zone Day Spa along Annapolis Street in Greenhills. Foot Zone Day Spa is specializes in Chinese foot massage and is open for more than 13 years.

I had the Foot Reflexology + Ventosa Package (Php 1150 regular, Php 1050 discounted), which is 40 minutes foot massage and 20 minutes ventosa.

It was first time to visit Foot Zone, and I was impressed with its hotel-like reception area. What was more impressive is the VIP rooms for the guests. I was assigned to a spacious VIP room for three.

I was provided with a head pillow, towels, shorts, robe, slippers, alcohol and tissues. I was given time to change to robes and shorts before the massage started.

While waiting for my masseuse, I was served hot tea with egg soup. There is a television in the room so I entertained myself while eating.

The egg soup was delicious, mind you. :)

Before the massage, my feet was soaked in hot tea. It feels relaxing soaking my tired feet in warm water.

The masseuse was very friendly and made sure the pressure was suitable for me.

After the foot massage, she proceeded to do Ventosa on my feet.

I haven't had Ventosa before so I was excited to try it.

The Ventosa prickles a bit but the masseuse explained that this method sucks the 'lamig' or tension in the foot. I would love to do Ventosa on my back next time.

I had a really amazing experience at Foot Zone Day Spa. The spa treatment was quite relaxing and the staff, from the receptionist to the masseuse, is very accommodating. I would love to go back and try the Body Massage Package on my next visit.

Thanks to Foot Zone Day Spa for having me.

  2. Wow it's kinda pricey, but given the VIP treatment, that free soup and tea, and the procedure used for the foot massage, I would say that it's worth it. I would love to try it. I've never tried ventosa on a foot, that would be interesting. You should really try the ventosa on the body, it feels really good.
