Angels' Kitchen

I was invited by Zomato for a lovely evening with fellow foodies at Angels' Kitchen located in Greenhills.

The interiors of the restaurant are very simple as if you are eating inside your kitchen at home. There's also an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs prepare your food.

While waiting for our food, we had bread and dip (which I think is liver pate, not sure). I liked it nevertheless.

For the appetizer, we had Beef Taquitos (Php 258), served with crispy wanton.

Beef Taquitos

It's a do-it-yourself dish, with ground beef, cheese, cabbage, and salsa. A bit messy to eat but I love this dish so much I could finish the whole thing.

We also had their signature dishes, Tuyo Puttanesca (Php 358) and Parmesan and Caesar Glaze (Php 388).

I love how generous the serving of Tuyo Puttanesca is, and it was so flavorful. But the best dish for me is the

Parmesan and Caesar Glaze, baked dory topped with glazed lemon, parmesan, bacon bits, and lettuce leaves. I will surely go back to Angels' Kitchen just for this!

We were also served Mandarin Chicken (Php 408) and their bestseller, Original Pinakbet Rice with Lechon Kawali and Chocolate Bagoong (Php 428).

Original Pinakbet Rice

Mandarin Chicken is fried chicken served with tangy orange sauce, I always love the citrus on chicken. :) The Original Pinakbet Rice wasn't that impressive to me because I'm not really into pinakbet, but I love the lechon kawali on top.

For desserts, we tried their Rustic Apple Pie with Butterscotch Sauce (Php 218) and Choco Lava (Php 188).

The desserts are quite phenomenal, especially the Choco Lava that oozes with chocolate fudge that it was gone quickly.

I loved my experience with Angels' Kitchen. The service was good, and the food was really delicious. I would love to go back for the Parmesan and Caesar Glaze, Mandarin Chicken, and try other desserts (cheesecake!)

Thanks to Zomato and Angels' Kitchen for having us.

  2. It's my first time to hear/read about Angel's Kitchen, but it looks promising! Would love to try their Tuyo Puttanesca (I'm a big fan of tuyo-infused pasta!), Parmesan and Caesar Glaze and Choco Lava. Will definitely keep AK in mind should I find myself in Greenhills or Rockwell.
