I had a ribs dinner again with my high school friends, but this time, we visited RUB Ribs & BBQ.
RUB has always been in my "so-near-yet-so-far" list. The closest branch to my office, the Kapitolyo branch, is raved upon by my work colleagues but I haven't had a chance to visit it. That's why when my friends invited me to the QC branch, I flew as quickly as I could.
The QC branch gets full quickly, as we had to wait outside the restaurant. It was nice of them to set up chairs while waiting though.
The second floor is the main dining area, where it could accommodate 20 people. Tables are also available on the ground floor and outside.
We ordered the Family Brunch (Php 685) which includes 3 sides: Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato, Grilled Buttered Corn and Garlic Spinach & Mushroom.

The Family Brunch is good for 4 people (or 3 hungry humans). The ribs are grilled perfectly, and the meat is tender and very flavorful. What I loved more are the sides, especially the Garlic Spinach & Mushrooms that I wished we ordered more. It was delicious!
We also tried the Buffalo Chicken Wings (Php 255) and Blackened Fish (Php 220).

The Buffalo Chicken Wings wasn't at all spicy, but I love the blend of the sauce. The Blackened Fish was too salty for my taste, that I had to drink a lot of water after each bite.
RUB offers delicious ribs for an affordable price. I must commend on the quick service too, given that we went on a really busy time. However, I wished the place was a bit more spacious so the customers (like ourselves) wouldn't have to wait long.
