Mrs. Hudson's Pizza by Yellow Cab


The good guys of Yellow Cab have recently sent me their limited edition pizza: Mrs. Hudson's Pizza.

Named after the Hudson River of New York City and Sherlock Holmes' landlady Mrs. Hudson, this Italian inspired pizza is Yellow Cab's first-ever sauce-less pizza.


Mrs. Hudson's Pizza has luxurious toppings of prosciutto and herbed Boursin cheese, with sliced tomatoes, caramelized onions, tarragon, and other premium cheeses.


Mrs. Hudson's Pizza

Prosciutto, or Parma ham, is thinly-sliced, uncooked dry-cured ham, which gives the pizza its salty flavor. I honestly love how it goes well with the sweetness of the caramelized onions and the creaminess of the Boursin cheese. You really don't need the pizza sauce for this.

Get them in three sizes:

10" (Regular) - Php 390
14" (Large) - Php 625
18" (New Yorker) - Php 845

Mrs. Hudson's Pizza's best partner is the Spaghetti and Meatballs (Php 250), but I  think it would go well with any Yellow Cab Pasta, really. :)

    Whoa, new layout! I gotta say it looks better.

    Anyway, so the pizza is only available for a limited time? I wonder if I get to try it 'cause I'm not really a fan of Yellow Cab, mainly because I find it too expensive.

    Why didn't they make it a permanent part of their menu? I love yellow cab. Too bad most of my friends find it too expensive and pizza is one food that I don't like eating alone.
