I have previously featured two baked dishes so for a change, I'll be sharing a dish that requires minimal cooking. :)
Most of the ingredients can be found at your own pantry or can be easily found at the groceries. Awesome to make especially when friends surprisingly visit you at home.
Ingredients:
1/4 kg lean ground beef
1 pack Del Monte Cheese Magic
fresh tomatoes, cubed
mayonnaise
garlic, minced
white onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
oil
Instructions:
1. Saute garlic and onions. Add ground beef. Add salt and pepper. Cook until done.
2. Place nachos on a plate. Add cooked ground beef and tomatoes.
3. Add Cheese Magic and mayonnaise.
4. Serve and enjoy.
What I made is kid-friendly, hence I didn't add anything spicy. But of course, you may add more toppings, like chili, guacamole, cabbage, salsa, and olives. This is perfect for meryenda and even for a midnight snack. :)
kaya ayoko napapadpad sa crib mo dahil puro gutomness at tulo laway lang ang nararamdaman ko.
