Seven Corners at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria

It has been a long time since I visited and shared about a hotel buffet dining experience, so forgive me for sharing this quite late.

Seven Corners Buffet Restaurant is Crowne Plaza Manila's most popular restaurant. It offers continental cuisine with seven interactive stations, hence the name. I have enjoyed the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Xin Tian Di, a few years ago and I was expecting the same thing for Seven Corners.

The spread is mostly Western, one of the main stations of the buffet restaurant.

Datu Puti Takes Adobo to the Next Level with the new Adobo Series!

There is no doubt that adobo is at the top of the list when you think of Filipino food. In fact, the Adobo Movement was launched two years ago pushing Adobo to become our national dish.

In celebration of Adobo, there was an event last year when 14 finalists presented their own version of adobo.

Adobo is a dish where each region in the Philippines has its own version. And I myself am excited to try what each region has to offer.

Datu Puti Adobo Series is an array of perfectly blended adobo sauces that allows you to whip up a variety of regional adobo dishes for family and friends to enjoy: from the sweet Humba of Bisaya and Pininyahan of Luzon to the fiery-hot Spicy Adobo and to the delectably creamy Adobo sa Gata of Bicol.

Cooking your favorite adobo dish has never been easier with Datu Puti Adobo Series. Just simmer in a pan your preferred meat with a cup of water and your chosen Datu Puti Adobo Series sauce. Each pack is good for 1 kilogram of meat and can serve four to five people.
