Caffe Pascucci Shop

Note: This location is already closed.

I'm always ecstatic to try out new coffee shops, that's why when I saw that Caffe Pascucci opened a branch in my area, I cannot wait to try it. I have passed by the Glorietta branch during Mitch Albom's book signing, but I never got the chance to visit it. Now I don't have to go to Makati to try it.

Caffe Pascucci is an Italian coffeehouse chain with branches in the US and South Korea. Unlike other coffee shops that have natural hues for the interiors, Caffe Pascucci is black and red, including the tables and chairs, to give the place a very modern vibe.

For hot drinks, I got to try the Caffelatte (Php 115) and Cappuccino (Php 120).

Cappuccino
Caffelatte

Caffelatte is a combination of espresso and steamed milk while Cappuccino is a mix of espresso, steamed milk, and steamed milk foam. Both flavors are strong enough for my taste.

I also had one of their cold drinks, Banana Rock (Php 160), a mix of espresso, milk, ice, sugar, whipped cream, banana syrup, and chocolate syrup along with a piece of Arancione Cheesecake (Php 195).

Banana Rock and Arancione Cheesecake

I'm a sucker for cheesecakes and the Arancione Cheesecake hit me on the right spot. The tartness from the orange flavor blends well with the cheesecake flavor. It's something I would have over and over again.

It's wonderful that a new coffee shop has opened in my area. It's a place I would go to for a coffee break or a sandwich run.

Here's a tip btw: you can buy their pastries at 50% after 8pm every day. That's how they value the quality of their food products.

I would love to go back for more.

Thanks to CT Camat of Caffe Pascucci for having us.

  1. Wow that's a lot of coffee in just one visit. I love cheesecakes that gets the perfect balance between the acidity and the richness of the cheese right. :) They have lovely presentations too.

  2. I'm not even aware there is a Caffe Pascucci in Glorietta. I'm giving it a try, especially the cheesecake, although I am not too fond of the color of their interiors.
