Wicked by Cravings

Note: This restaurant is already closed.

I met up with a high school friend last month who I haven't seen for years. We decided to grab late lunch at Kimukatsu then went off to have coffee and desserts at Wicked by Cravings

The counter displays an array of beautiful desserts that my friend and I took a while to choose our desserts. Glad the chef was very patient in helping us with our orders.

The perfect pair for desserts is coffee, so I had Brewed Coffee (Php 100) while my friend got Hot Mocha (Php 125).

We shared a Salted Caramel Macaroon (Php 85) and Dark Chocolate Tablea Mousse Cake (Php 225)

Wicked's Macaroons are the biggest macarons I've seen, a piece is as huge as the palm of my hand. We didn't have a problem sharing this, and damn, it was heavenly! Another dessert that sent us to high heavens is the Dark Chocolate Tablea Mousse Cake. As I eat a mouthful, the strong and delicious flavor from the tablea kicks in. I was amazed at how something that looks so simple tastes so grandiose.

And we didn't stop there.

We also had Reese Peanut Butter Cupcake (Php 100) and Brookies (Php 160). :)

One dessert that picked our curiosity is the Brookies, served with a small glass of milk. It is a combination of cookie and brownies served on a stick. The chef suggested that you can eat it any way you want, so I ate it swimming in milk. Love it!

For two people, we definitely had too many desserts, but when you go to a lovely place like Wicked by Cravings, you wouldn't be able to stop yourself from getting as much as you want. I truly fell in love with the Dark Chocolate Tablea Mousse that I would love to have it again. I myself would love to go back and try more desserts, like their cheesecakes, cupcakes, macaroons, and...well, everything!

  1. I love macarons, especially the ones from Moonleaf and French Baker. That macaron is indeed big, I thought at first that you just had the camera zoomed in haha...

    1. Yes, it's really sinful, but it's not bad to give in to desserts every now and then. :)
