Papa John's Pizza

Note: This location is already closed.

I've been visiting Papa John's since it opened more than a year ago. I still have a photo of the first Papa John's pizza on my phone (if you meet me, you can ask me to show you this). Finally, I made a review of my Papa (no, not my father. haha)

Papa John's Pizza is the 3rd largest pizza chain in the world. Established more than 25 years ago, it offers freshly-made pizzas and other delicious dishes. A Papa John's experience would not be complete if you will not try their Special Garlic Dipping Sauce. Believe me, you'll love it.

To start our meal, we ordered Mozzarella Sticks (Php 129) and Penne Arrabiata (Php 160).

Mozzarella Sticks

Penne Arrabiata

Mozzarella Sticks are baked cheese rolled in bread crumbs and served with pizza sauce while Arrabiata has tomatoes, black olives, fresh garlic, and parmesan cheese. You may choose a penne or spaghetti. I like the mozzarella sticks though I'd love it served really hot. The arrabbiata is good for sharing if you're also getting pizza.

We got a Medium Super Papa's on the thin crust (Php 475).

Super Papa (thin crust)
It's a combination of pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and black olives. It's my right kind of pizza! It has generous amounts of toppings. The crust tastes good too!

Though we ordered thin crust pizza, I usually prefer Papa John's Pizza on thick crust, which I don't do with other pizza places. Their pizza dough has this unique taste that goes well with the toppings. You'll never leave the pizza crust uneaten with Papa John's.

Can't wait to grab a bite of Papa John's Pizza again.

  15. We have one near school, and masarap naman ung pizzas nila. Super Papa rin ung inoorder namin madalas. Different taste yung sauce nila that's why unique (Well, for me). I also like the idea of having buttered garlic along with the pizzas. Makes my pizza even better.
